“I finally gave this place a chance. I had a 6" pepperoni and salami with provolone on cheese/herb bread. The cold cuts, though not sliced on demand, were fresh. The bread didn't seem super fresh but wasn't bad. Overall I would go back.“

“Admittedly I am very picky when I eat out and hesitate to try new places for fear of disappointment. This place, though there was one element which needs improvement genuinely shocked me.Starters: I hope the GM reads this cause asking one person to answer the phones/take online orders and in person orders is ridiculous which resulted a wait time which normally would push me away. But, I was very impressed by the atmosphere and though they are outdoor seating ONLY, the heaters provide are more than efficient on a cold Ashland day.I closely watched the chefs as they ran a very well put together kitchen as we got our food in ten minutes. It was busy, with in person and online orders which suggests the bearded chef is the only one in Ashland I have witnessed can prioritize prioritize.The food was INCREDIBLE. I really wanted to take pics but I was so excited to dig in especially after asking for extra pickles and getting almost a whole jar!!!!!!! Somebody understands my pickle obsessions. I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich and I was delighted! I read the low reviews stating they don’t put enough meat on it and that is somewhat true but, I felt the contrasts were perfectly balanced however the bread was a bit thick so stick with the recommendation of the (more at home bread). I have worked in many many kitchens and perfected top end burgers and was astounded they got this perfect for my partner. It was medium (without asking) and devoured in minutes.Special note…..whoever came up with the potato salad recipe…I want to have your babies! “Could not give this store bigger props- I was followed in and being harassed by a violent man that I didn’t know when I was just trying to get a sandwich. I asked for help, and the crew did everything in their power to get rid of him and keep me safe (even calling the cops and making a police report on my behalf- angels). They also made me such a delicious sandwich and comped it after the experience- 5 stars, thank you so much, you guys are literally life-savers and showed me so much compassion during a scary time!“

“This location is my favorite Subway out of all the ones I've been to, in and out of Oregon. The food is always fresh, store clean and the customer service is excellent. Always treated with respect and they truly care about their guests. The manager Tiffany and her sidekick Liz make an awesome team. Thank you for always filling my belly.“

“Went in today (2/26) with my mom and ordered a sandwich but then we were the annoying customer that also ordered 5 of the footlong pretzels (we got one for each kid we were picking up from school) the young man helping us was AMAZING and super polite and nice. We felt so bad because we didn't know the pretzels took a little bit to make and a line started to form. And there was a mishap with the toasting spatula thing (no fault of his at all) he was still positive and well mannered and organized. I didn't catch his name and the receipt didn't say on it. But wanted to give him 2 thumbs up! I hope he had a good day!“

“Just stopped in, was decently busy with only one employee working the front. Ciara(dunno if thats how you spell her name) was fantastic. Despite being the only employee dealing with a long line, she kept her cool and was friendly with everyone. She took the extra time to make sure the sandwiches were made right and with care. If you had more employees like her, I'd stop in more often.“
