“Sometimes giving a place a second try is worth it. ***This was my original review I was in town and my friends were getting burgers so I said I'd get one too. I ordered the Blue Cheese Bacon burger. I also asked for added sautéed mushrooms along with the onions that the menu described. We brought them back to my friends to eat. My burger was a wreck! The onions were barely noticeable and only on one side of the burger. There was maybe 3 slices of mushrooms despite the additional $2.00 charge. It was missing bacon. I called and shared what had occurred and how my burger was all wrong. I was given excuses about a recent menu change and that there had been a rush at the time my food was being made and essentially an apology with an excuse. My friends eat their probably once a week. I was told my name with my friends name would be put somewhere safe and that I could come in anytime for another on the house. Because of that quality business ethic at the time I did not write a review and was saving it for burger I'd originally hoped for. I finally came back to the area today and stopped in to inquire. They did not have my or my friends name anywhere but the cook said they remembered my burger was wrong. Today their remedy was to offer a few dollars off any order. Far from the original rectifying the wrong. While my friends who live nearby may continue to frequent your establishment, I will not be recommending you. I am from this area and I have a travel blog and share recommendations to hundreds of travelers from all across the USA. It's unfortunate you didn't honor your word. And it's unfortunate you didn't make it right. $18 for a burger and I left a $3 tip has left a bad taste in my mouth. Snack Shack (Owner) a month ago Hi Dreba, I saw your review and read what happen. im sorry about your experience im the new owner just took over last month I would love for you to give us a chance ill even remake the order they mest up for you on us come by or give us a call and ask for the manager This was my updated review of the Snack Shack Since I was in town again, I took the invitation of the new owners as an opportunity to support a new enterprise that represents a change. I showed them the previous review and their response and asked if they wanted to make use of the opportunity. I told them what my previous order had been, and they got right on it. I was treated kindly with smiles and asking my preferences. They used clear language for clarifications. The establishment looks very similar to the last visit, however the atmosphere felt more inviting. While I walked around and took a few photos my burger order was cooked. I got it to go. It was still hot when I arrived 10 minutes away. I had nibbled on the fries while I drove. The burger was juicy and all the added flavor bits were there. The mushrooms and onions were done nicely and were of an amount that was evident in each bite. The blue cheese added a nice bite and wasn't overpowering. I appreciated having the bacon on the side, even tho I had said I didn't want bacon. It got nibbled on too. Thank you for inviting me to try again. Thank you for a great dinner. Thank you for being kind. I'll tell me friends to come back too. Best wishes on your new endeavor. I urge you to give an old place with a new set of values a try. Thanks for making it right.“

“The pizza is excellent. The owner treated us like we were family. He sent out some of their excellent bread with olive oil while we waited for our pizzas. The pizzas were great and the crust was exceptional. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and will be returning.“

“This location is always a 10/10 for me. From the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, to the food thats perfect every time. Im a regular here and this wont change! Dietary restrictions and preferences are not a problem here! If you have a specific way you want your food, they will do it. Want your fries a little more crispy than normal? They will do it. Want chicken instead of beef on your burger, or even both? They will do it.

Seriously go eat here. You wont regret it!“

“I work right next door to them at Made By You and I called asking permission to park in their lot because I kept getting street tickets. They were so kind and said yes! Not only that but today I adventured in to have some of their food. I had bariatric surgery and my food options are super limited. They made me something completely off menu that fit my needs. It was AMAZING! My partner said his hamburger was the best he has had in town. The people in there are so kind and we had awesome conversation. There was no other customers in there this morning. I got to say- you guys are missing out. Give them a try.“

“Always consistent good food! On December 20th at noon I forgot my purse on the back of a chair. I didn't realize it until 6pm so naturally I ran back in a panic! Thinking there is no way anyone turned it in and I've ruined Christmas almost in tears I walk in, to my happy surprise a very nice girl working there saw that I had left it on accident and she put it in the safe for me. “Terrible experience tonight. While I know it was out of the workers control, it was extremely frustrating to wait 2 hours for our food and every drink we ordered took at least 20-30 minutes. I heard they only had two servers on and no one at the bar - I think this should be prefaced to customers before having them sit. The most frustrating thing was watching the manger not do anything to help support his staff. We saw him in his office just on his phone, when he did take laps around the restaurant he only seemed to care about one large table top and never decided to check in on us. Might’ve been an off night but management needs to support their staff better. We found a hair in our food but ultimately just overlooked it after waiting for so long & after looking over the receipt we were double charged for a few items.“

“I usually won't give DQ a 5 star, but this was amazing. The young man at the counter had excellent customer service skills. The place was clean and no locks on the bathroom doors. Compared to the Taco Bell down the street it is night and day.“

“We drove up from Roseburg for comedy night. Decided to try eating somewhere new to us. What a wonderful meal we had! Every bite was scrumptious from the Parker Rolls, to the trip tip dinner and smoked duck through to the fig leaf sundae. Staff were lovely!“

“We would have had a great experience for a special birthday dinner, but unfortunately the server left us feeling disappointed, hurt, and embarrassed.
We were denied service after my cousin took a sip from my drink. We are all legal aged, and my cousin even drove back home to get her ID and came back and we were still refused service. The server raised her voice at us.

“My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.

I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊

The service was ridiculously prompt, my son was still picking out a table when our order was ready.
