The food is so fresh and good. That SALAD though!!
Pastificio has been on my list for 2 years. It exceeded expectations in almost every way. I never imagined counter service could be combined with fine dining, but now I've seen exactly how it can be done. Big ups for the exceptionally balanced salad, attentive staff, and masterfully crafted pasta. Extra special call out for their tipless, living wage pricing. Pasta, wine, delicious fresh greens, cozy atmosphere. All of the people working were very warm and friendly, which kept the slightly strange “order at the counter” method from being a deterrent and it makes sense since they have a small staff. They were attentive and kind and I had a lovely evening.
