I have been searching in America for the best almond croissant. East, Central, South, and East Coast. Every time there is some stupid TikTok craze that completely ruins the business, you have tourists, influencers, and even annoying wannabes—just taking pictures and being sucked into the continuous wave of social media pollution. Stumbled upon this lovely patisserie on our weekend trip to Portland. Immediately upon entering, you can tell the pastries here are prepared with astounding skill and care. The pastry chef seems immensely talented!

I got the pistachio croissant, which was airy, flaky with beautiful green streaks of pistachio cream and a delightful mascarpone filling. My wife enjoyed the rich, decadent Cocoa Noir - a real treat for any chocolate lover!
