Excellent food and service. It’s a Portland Icon!
Great place. Strong creative drinks at good prices.
We live in the neighborhood and frequent Jo Bar. Not sure why the music is so, so much louder than in the past. We have had to move outside as far away from the door and windows as possible so we could converse at all. Please turn it down to a reasonable level!
