Had a great lunch here on a Saturday afternoon; food was fresh and delicious. Hana was our server and she was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. She had good suggestions and recommendations on what to try. We had a new appetizer with spicy tuna and avocado on a crispy cracker that was amazing. I love the mural in the dining room. This place is my favorite sushi in the NW neighborhood.

The Octopus was perfectly seared, tender and tasty. My daughter tried the Salmon flight and loved it. The Green Machine was astoundingly good. The manager came by and introduced the types of Salmon. He was awesome too! Love this place!

I was in town visiting a friend who has a severe gluten allergy and I found Bamboo Sushi on the gluten free app. Looked into it and made a reservation. Informed the server of the allergy and she said there were only 2 items with gluten. One was the burger but could likely be substituted with lettuce instead of the bun and another was an option garnish. Even the tempura is gluten free which is very rare.
