Horrible experience. I waited 15 minutes, only to find out my order had been given to someone else. Instead of resolving the mistake promptly, they kept me waiting, putting me dangerously close to missing my flight—I was almost late because of their error. Also, be cautious if you’re served by the Black teenage employee; she was dismissive, had a poor attitude, and showed very little courtesy or professionalism.

It’s fine for airport food, the spring rolls were ok. For 28 dollars the small bun box was tasty and it was fresh

I travel every month or so and typically order the tofu bahn mi, but lately the sandwich has gotten skinnier and skinnier. I ordered one on Saturday morning and got just 2 slices of cucumber and 2 slices of jalapeno (basically 1 of each when you cut the sandwich in half). It also had very little cilantro, pickled carrots, and daikon. Incredibly cheap for a 10-inch long baguette sandwich! This is a trend I've seen the last 2 or 3 visits. I'm thinking of switching to the Potbelly outlet just a few steps away as Bambuza seems to have gotten so stingy with their ingredients.

Some of the most flavorful pho I’ve ever had, at an airport? Yes! So grateful I found this place. Quick, friendly service… delicious food… the man who seemed like he was the manager was so friendly and funny and in all this was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I made a mistake an ordered Cafe Yum just two resturants down. Spent almost $30 and threw it in the trash. Not good at all. Walked over to Bambuza and ordered a tofu Banh Mi. WOW so much flavor! And huge. I had them cut it in half. The noodle bowls look insane. I’m sad I ate crappy food from cafe yum or I would also order a noodle bowl. But I’m full. Also the PDX airport is amazing. Might head over to the Hollywood Theatre for a free short film (here in the airport). Not sure when that was installed, I haven’t been here in a few years. But it is always a treat when I have a layover here!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Portland and I ALWAYS get the vermicelli when I pass through PDX. Very authentic Vietnamese, and one of the closest I've found to my food experience while living in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommend!

OMG OMG OMG. I flew out of Portland Airport for the first time and had a hard working day. So of course did not eat. I got me a PORK BANH MI sandwich ๐Ÿฅช from here and walked to my gate. I did the biggest mistake of having one bite. And DANG. IT IS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS, made exactly how BANH MI should be made. ISABELLA, I hope I got the name right was so sweet at the counter. So professional and polite. For an airport restaurant, EVERYONE is amazing. I had to struggle to wrap up my sandwich to write this review right now.
TEAM whatever you are doing, keep doing. If I ever come back to Portland Airport, I am stopping by for one more sandwich. KUDOS, BRAVO, PHENOMENAL AWESOME AMAZING WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL and every great word in dictionary. Thank you
UPDATE:- I flew in back to Portland at 8.45am and you bet I made a beeline here for another sandwich . Because one was just not enough. And behold they were open and I got me a sandwich for breakfast YUM YUM YUM
Thank you EMILY B and the KIND GENTLEMAN that I spoke to.
YOU ALL ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME

Got the chicken bahn mi, flavors pretty good, it a decently sized sandwich with a bread crispy crusted on the outside soft on the inside, they were kinda stingy with the toppings and the last bite was mostly bread. For the price id expect a better built sandwich.
Also had the Vietnamese coffee. Kinda tastes like regular coffee not Vietnamese coffee with condensed sweetened milk.

It was pretty disappointing. I ordered plain fried rice with no meat, and it was just a couple scoops of rice with barely any vegetables or flavor. For $20, I expected a lot more care and effort. fried rice isnโ€™t that complicated. I definitely wouldnโ€™t recommend the โ€œspecial fried riceโ€, thereโ€™s nothing special about it.

A wonderful new addition since I last traveled through PDX.
We all know that airportnfood prices are high, but it's satisfying when the food is good.
I had the tofu bahn mi and the tofu fresh rolls. Both VEGAN. Both tasty.
