Bellagios Pizza Tigard

Not sure what happened to this place. Went from one of the best to one of the worst. Last couple times have just been progressively worse. Last night was the final straw. Pizza literally had the consistency of a wet piece of paper. Floppy and way too greasy. Wings could have been cooked 20mins longer as well. They were abnormal. Ended up just tossing it all. It's a shame. Time to look elsewhere.

If you want your pizza with a bunch of toppings carelessly dumped on and THEY DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO CUT INTO SLICES, this is your place right here! We wanted to get some great pizza on Mother’s Day and this is what they gave us. We got the combo. We’re from out of town, but we usually pack some plastic silverware with us to take to the hotel, so thankfully we were able to cut it with a plastic butter knife. It was easy in fact, because the amount of grease made the crust soggy enough to cut right through. We also ordered the cheese sticks with their stick sauce and they didn’t include the sauce. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy when we came to pick up our food, so not sure what went wrong. Such a disappointment.

Bellagios doesn’t cut it. 👎

Take out. Pickup time always accurate. It’s a very busy place but you can tell the entire staff is fully engaged to keep up with orders.

This pizza 🍕 is always hot and fresh, I have never been disappointed!

Low quality pizza and add-ons. Don’t recommend

The food is good, I just feel that the place needs a little organization and cleaning, in the kitchen they had the ingredient table and some of the floor scattered, there was also dust on the napkin rings of the tables where we ate, on the tables too , and at the entrance many boxes of pizza.

For the first time we were told that on the three topping special that they won’t do half cheese and half the three toppings. Total bull because how hard is this to do? It makes, making the pizza easier. Plus, they’ve always done it in the past. After decades of patronizing their store they’ve lost a customer.

I ordered a large half and half specialty pizza to be delivered. The delivery was quick and the pepperoni pizza I received instead of what I ordered was very good.

Pizza is good. But you have to anticipate it taking 10-30 minutes longer for pickup than you are quoted on the phone, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Generally I don't post about food taking time, because it takes however long it takes but it has happened so many times in a row it has become a running joke in the family. I just want to get a real pickup time so I'm not sitting in the restaurant waiting.

PERFECT! I am always greeted with a smile and great customer service, in person or on the phone. I have never had an issue with an incorrect order, cold food, or not having it ready on time. My companies go to this store whenever we want to bring in pizza for our employees! Yum yum!

They have the best gluten free crust I've tasted so far and the vegan cheese is good too! I love that they offer a large GF crust. Most places only offer a small or a medium.
