I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Tigard location that is about a 4 minute drive from my home. It has taken two hours. I called around the 1 hour 30min mark and was just offered an apology and told it would be about another 20 minutes. 2 hours for a pizza is kind of ridiculous. With so many other options near by having to wait two hours and not offered anything besides a shallow apology is an interesting approach.

I placed an order for NIMBUS LOCATION through the Bellagio’s Pizza app and got the same error message each of the five times I tried: “Error -1 q4h cannot be cast to com.b.bellagiospizza…” Turns out my card was actually charged all five times. When I called, I was told the charges might drop off that day—or possibly sit on my card for 2–3 days—but that I’d eventually be refunded. That alone is frustrating, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer care.

There was no offer of compensation, no reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this happening to someone else (who might not have $437.50 available to be tied up potentially for days). I don’t fault the manager I spoke with Ian—he did make an effort to get something approved for customer care—but it was clear the decision came from above him, and the answer was no. For a mistake of this scale, I would have expected at least some gesture of goodwill.

Instead, I was left questioning whether the customer experience matters to them. Quality pizza, but sub-quality customer care and consideration FROM THE OWNER themself.

(I gave the manager a printout of the error that I received from the app in hopes that they could get it resolved so that this doesn't happen to someone who God forbid uses a debit card and has over $400 tied up for potentially two to three days.)

Heard the manager or owner crashing out at something or someone this afternoon. Was gonna order some food until I heard that. Won’t be returning.

I didn't appreciate the customer service, having me wait to order in a empty store, then reviewing my pizza by opening the box before I can even get to the counter, then walking away. Keep in mind the person who came in after me was hand given their pizza before me, and had no wait time to order. The difference was skin color.

I brought my six year old and his friends here on his birthday, and we were impressed. The pizza was great, the staff were very kind and patient with children in the store. I have to especially recommend the marhgarita pizza, it was excellent. We will be back! Thank you Bellagios team!

I ordered my pizza not realizing I set it for pick up and not delivery. After an hour I called and not only were they super sweet and chill about it, they remade my pizza?! Like right before they closed?!?!?! And DELIVERED IT TO MY DOOR! Further still, it was the best damn pizza i ever had! I love you bellagios!

Not sure what happened to this place. Went from one of the best to one of the worst. Last couple times have just been progressively worse. Last night was the final straw. Pizza literally had the consistency of a wet piece of paper. Floppy and way too greasy. Wings could have been cooked 20mins longer as well. They were abnormal. Ended up just tossing it all. It's a shame. Time to look elsewhere.

If you want your pizza with a bunch of toppings carelessly dumped on and THEY DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO CUT INTO SLICES, this is your place right here! We wanted to get some great pizza on Mother’s Day and this is what they gave us. We got the combo. We’re from out of town, but we usually pack some plastic silverware with us to take to the hotel, so thankfully we were able to cut it with a plastic butter knife. It was easy in fact, because the amount of grease made the crust soggy enough to cut right through. We also ordered the cheese sticks with their stick sauce and they didn’t include the sauce. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy when we came to pick up our food, so not sure what went wrong. Such a disappointment.

Bellagios doesn’t cut it. 👎

Take out. Pickup time always accurate. It’s a very busy place but you can tell the entire staff is fully engaged to keep up with orders.

This pizza 🍕 is always hot and fresh, I have never been disappointed!
