Beautiful venue with a good sound system for shows upstairs
Good Venue for local or so bands, upstairs with space to chill and a couple of bars with a wide stage four the musicians to be comfortable. A good time can be had here if one so chooses.
Pushy bartender told us how we shoukd order our drinks from him....

Swan Dive is a unique spot that offers a magical experience. With live shows, dance parties, and karaoke, there's always something going on. The patio is great, and the vegan-only food menu from Gnarlys is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff is rad, informative, and full of positive energy. The drink prices are fair, and the unique cocktails are almost all vegan. The venue has good sound and a lively atmosphere, making it a fun place to hang out. The patio out back is cute as hell, and the other clientele can be very interactive, adding to the lively vibe. The vegan patty melt is outstanding—like an awesome diner+ level of quality, and it’s surprising how they created this messy, greasy American heritage out of plants. Their fries and vegan ranch are also incredible. During the daytime, the cocktails may be watery and the seating hard, encouraging brief visits, but the spot probably shines during dance nights. QR code food ordering directly from tables seems ideal for busy nights, making Swan Dive a must-visit spot in Portland.
