This is one of my favorite spots in oortland. It is severely underrated and deserves way more traffic.
I highly recommend for anyone with allergies and anyone who loves Asian cuisine.

I’m convinced this place buys positive reviews. My family and I visited this place, and it was an awful experience. I work close to it, and it’s always empty. We went there on a Friday night at 6 PM, and we were the only customers. The smell was overpowering, and the place was very dirty and cluttered. The owner/waiter was strange and aggressively insisted on karaoke for some reason. I’ll admit that he had some funny jokes, but the overall vibe of the place and the owner was very weird. It was also too expensive for the amount and quality of the food.

NO NOTES. Pho, amazing. Entertainment, amazing. And don’t get me started on our waiter, he was so attentive and hilarious. :)

Thank you Min for creating such a beautiful space with Amazing food, great company and new friendship, and so many songs (Karaoke)! We loved the Pho-Fit, Garden Pho (vegan and gluten free) and egg rolls (sooooo crispy and deelish). We will definitely come back on our next visit to Portland.

Ok, first of all let me say I’ve searched high and low for dedicated gluten free restaurants and more often than not I’m left sad, hungry and disappointed. Butterfly Belly DID NOT let me down! From the moment I walked thru the door, I felt welcome by my server (not to mention the restaurant smelled wonderful!). I had read reviews saying there was open mic karaoke but I didn’t realize that my server was a star!!! He sang a couple songs for everyone and played the guitar. He tried to get me up there but I don’t have half the courage he does! Maybe next time 😏
Now, let’s talk about the food. I got the pork egg rolls and Pho-Ty Eight. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of filling. The pho was probably some of the best I’ve ever had! The broth was extremely flavorful, the meat was tender and there were plenty of noodles. I recommended the dishes I had and the vibe of the restaurant to anyone who wants good food and a good dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!!

My partner and I LOVE this place! We've been coming here for years and can honestly call it our FAVORITE spot in Portland. The food is delicious but I have to recommend the Peanut Pad Thai specifically (we get it almost once a week)! We constantly bring friends and family because we love the food but also because Minh is amazing! He's created a fun and lively atmosphere with his dad vibes. Come for the food and stay for the casual Karaoke going everyday after 7!
The family who owns this place is extremely friendly. The prices are good and the food is great. Celiac safe.

Delicious, authentic Asian food. And the best part is...I can actually eat ALL of it even though I can't eat gluten!! I can't begin to express how happy that made me. It's extremely hard to find gluten free Asian food that is actually safe, but even for those who are not GF, you will not be disappointed. It is fabulous!

Best place to get gluten free Asian food
My wife is celiac and we eat here when we come into Portland.
Everything on the menu is safe. The owner and staff are super friendly, it's a very homey, and comfortable environment. Almost like eating at a friend's house.

Omg what's going on here. Your not going to want to hear this but its high time to probably sell or have someone take over. Your 10yr old daughter shouldn't have to serve tables on a Saturday night. The kitchen is dirty and the back of the place looks like an episode of hoarders! 😞 The 1 dude running the show was too busy singing karaoke to wait on tables so his daughter fills in. We were served food without utensils and side plates. Definitely one for the books. One of the most bizarre restaurants I have ever been to. Seems like an episode of Bar Rescue needs to happen here! 😞

Ate at this place back when it was on Division St. Not sure if it's the same one but it was great back then.
Dirty tables, one man and his 10 year old daughter waitressed and a cook running restaurant while singing karaoke. Service very slow. Felt sorry for little girl.

Celiac safe! We love The eccentric owner. I even went up for karaoke. The website could probably use a makeover but we still love y'all. He displayed art from local artists. Family owned good cooking. Yummy chicken wings.
