Chimcking consistently offers very good food with crunchy, moist, and juicy chicken, including some of the best fried chicken in America. The original fried chicken and soy garlic options are highly recommended, alongside the delicious cheese ddukbokki. The atmosphere is pleasant, with the same taste and vibe as in Korea, and the outdoor seating is anticipated to be enjoyable when the weather improves. They have a variety of wing options, but the whole chicken and boneless wings are outstanding popular choices. The soy sauce chicken is sweet and salty, while the spicy chicken is moderately spicy with well-soaked seasoning. Fried dumplings and free hot tea add to the experience. Prices are reasonable, and the food reheats well. The restaurant is awaiting its liquor license, but plans to offer numerous beer options, including beer in cool frozen glasses, and has several big screens inside. The owner is friendly and busy, as this is the third branch of Chimcking. Kind employees and wonderful service keep customers coming back for more.
