“I just returned from a month in Colombia and the empanadas at this cart are better than any that I had in the whole country. Mind you I tried everything on their menu basically, the yucca fries, the plantain they have empanadas with beef and potato and the patacone with cheese, along with a couple of juices.Their patacone was delicious and the perfect line between crispy and soft. These were always a gamble in Colombia. Sometimes they would be so crunchy. Your teeth were hurt and other times they would be undercooked. This cart gets it perfect. I love it with just the cheese. It's simple and super delicious.I would definitely order that again, but the real stand out to me was the empanadas. They were perfectly lightly crisp, not greasy at all, and the filling was very well seasoned and flavored. It's also hard to find gluten-free empanadas anywhere else besides Colombian food so I love that. The ladies that were working, the cart were great and very helpful. The Arepas were pretty good with well seasoned meat, but I'm definitely more of a fan of Venezuelan Arepas with a lot of stuffing.Only change or feedback I request is to get rid of the lettuce on the items, and one day add Arepas de Chocolo with cheese to the menu because they haunt my dreams since I left--one week ago. Very authentic, try it you haven't visited Colombia or if you have!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“

“Some friends took us for Father's day around noon, not crowded as the big breakfast crowd had left. Wonderful service. The food was incredible! We tried the empanada plate that had a variety - each yummy. It's a combo of Peruvian and Colombian food - my dish, the sopa de costillo was beyond delicious. Small place, has some outdoor dining with heat lamps which came in handy as it started to pour rain and we were warm and dry, slurping every last sip of that soup! Highly recommend.“

“Great atmosphere and drinks. Amazing Latin American food, with a diverse staff and clientele. I love the fact that they show music videos in a chill environment. Just the place Portland needed. Also, a great addition to the block- bringing more love to the other neighboring businesses, and bringing more people to go out with friends on the East Side. Keep up all the goodness. Thank you.“

“Good GOD! I have never had Colombian food before, but I had heard good things about this spot. Came here on a date, and after having a couple of beers at the nearby Barrio, we both wanted something to eat... enter Que Bacano!I looked at the menu for a while, and EVERYTHING looked amazing. I couldn't decide! I eventually settled on the Arepas Relleno, which is a thick corn tortilla that is fried and split down the middle, then filled with absolute deliciousness! It's a bit of a fragile eat (mine was falling apart as soon as I picked it up), but dear lord is it tasty. My mouth is literally watering as I write this, remembering how good it was. That's saying something! The gentleman working there was very friendly, and kept speaking to me in what sounded like Spanish (I clearly don't speak Spanish). He soon realized I had little to no idea what he was saying, started laughing and apologized after switching to English. All the guys that had been in line before me were speaking Spanish with him, so I get it.Anyway, not much to say about the ambiance as it's a food cart, but overall a very positive experience and I will DEFINITELY be back. I gotta try everything else!“

“I discovered this place like a month ago and have already been 3 times! One of those times I insisted my whole family needed to come, and they loved it too. Every time the food has been just as excellent, there's no issue of consistency. The environment is lively and the staff are all friendly. Good food, good service, and good prices. One of my new favorite places! I could live off of the yucca fritas.“
