“I've been ordering from this Dominos for years and usually have pleasant experiences. Maybe it's because I live nearby (less than a mile from the store), but the food always arrives fast and piping hot. The delivery drivers are always friendly, and I like that Dominos seems to be one of the last remaining pizza chains to still employ their own delivery drivers while everyone else is outsourcing to Doordash.
On the rare occasions when there's a long wait, Dominos will send me an e-mail with a free pizza coupon, so I really can't complain.
Look, we all know Dominos isn't the best pizza, but it's affordable, and the employees at this particular store seem to be doing a good job.“
“The food here is great. One time one of the drivers helped me out. It was close to closing and his last order ended up canceling on him. So, knowing that I was there waiting for any canceled orders, he gave the order to me. (Or else it would have went to the trash) Consisted of 2 pizzas, cinnabites, and parmbites and a 2 ltr of cola. He then went to his car and gave me his vapes that were already on zero, because I asked if he had a cigarette. He then gave me some money from his tips so I could get some dog food for my dog. (He absolutely loved my dog, even brought me out a meat tray for my dog) I'd have to say that he is the best person Ive ever delt with at dominos entirely. Usually when I go in asking if there are any canceled orders, the girls usually twist their faces at me and look at me funny as if asking if there are any canceled orders is the worst thing you could ever ask them. One time I went in asking that, the chick who usually works the counter, told me they didn't have any canceled orders,about 15 mins later, one of the drivers was headed to the trash with 2 pizzas to throw away. Talk about that little Blondie being rude much?! I ended up walking away with those two pizzas. Moral of the story, the delivery drivers have bigger and better attitudes than the pizza makers ever will.“
“Since they opened on SW Barbur I have been so pleased with everything. Former New Yorker and over 80s now, no one harder to please. Right?
Well after the first year and organizing service, bakers and phone staff the place aces it for me
The drivers too are so kind.
Sauce got a bit spicier that I prefer but all and all That man who started Dominos and I believe is still an executive of the chain; Can tip his hat

I accidentally placed my order for delivery, when I wanted it scheduled. I called in, and they helped me immediately. I appreciated the person I spoke with who seemed extremely competent, and assured me that the change was no issue, without action needed.

“They were quick when I walked in and ordered a large pepperoni pizza.
I don't think anyone thinks Domino's pizza is the best. But it absolutely meets the standard you'd think.

“These folks work in one of the dangerous parts of Portland. They only cancel an order when something big happens. It’s nearly always on time and complete. The delivery folks are interesting. No to mention the store staff is good to. They deserve a pay raise“
“I never leave reviews but this place was honestly really good. Food came out way faster than I expected and tasted great. Everyone working was friendly too.
Shoutout to Lucy for helping me at the counter and making my pizza late at night, she was super nice and made the whole experience better…..

“I love Domino's but you guys are always pudding garlic on my pizza when it says no garlic on my pizza my animals cannot eat it so please stop putting garlic on crust if it says no garlic and number two ever since you switched over to the new system I cannot track my order it is not text me and tell me when my order is ready anymore I have to keep on looking on the app which is time-consuming when I can just get a little notification don't understand about that so there is some bugs that you guys need to fix please fix“
“We had the hottest, freshest, tastiest pizza, chicken and lava cakes ever! The bonus was that it was delivered to our hotel by a man that was clean cut, courteous and professional. Thank you Dominos for not hiring out your delivery to third parties like the other pizza establishments.“
