I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at a restaurant I’ve visited frequently. Despite arriving on time, others were seated before us. It seems people were adding their names to the list ahead of ours, bypassing the order system. When I reached out to speak with the manager, Misty, she accused us of lying about the situation, which was completely unprofessional. Her response was rude and dismissive.
