Speaking as a lifelong lover of breakfast sandwiches: Their ham, jalapeño, green onion, and cream cheese fried egg sandwich is my new favorite breakfast sandwich of all time.

First off , just know, there is always a line, because this food is great. The hash browns are epic, absolute crispy perfection every time! If you want to sit at the bar you can usually walk right in, but if you want a table get on the wait list. Worth the wait

Amazing! Everything was soooo good. We got the French toast, egg scramble, and one of their famous hashbrown skillets. I loved that they had real maple syrup for the French toast and it was amazing with the spices they had in their French toast. The scramble had very generous portions of veggies and bacon making it quite the large heap of delicious food. The hashbrown tasted as good as they look. The helpings are all very generous and the prices very reasonable for how large the servings are. If there is a wait, it is worth it and generally they rotate people quickly through.

I tried this restaurant today and the food was great. The portions were large and everything tasted delicious. The hashbrowns were the star of the meal. I loved them. I was disappointed that we were not given butter with our pancakes and French toast. We tried asking multiple staff members for it, but they kept walking past our table without stopping. I understand that they were busy, but it really felt like other tables were getting more attentive service. my friend and I are both black and i couldn't help but notice we were being treated differently than the non POC.

The atmosphere also was not the best. The tables are packed extremely close together. At one point the waitress walked by and her butt was literally in my face. I get wanting a cozy environment, but it felt more like they wanted to squeeze in as many tables as possible without thinking about customer comfort. Because of how close everyone was, it was even hard to have a conversation at our own table.

Overall, the food was good but I don't know that I would come back. Kind of a strange experience.
