Service was great. Food comes out pretty quick even when the restaurant is super busy. Everything had a nice balance to it. You can’t really go wrong ordering from here.
Feels like a nice izakaya. Food was great - the skewers are a real standout that you can’t get elsewhere easily!

Hachi is a hidden gem and a pleasant surprise, offering authentic and well-executed Japanese food at very reasonable prices. The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food tastes great, fresh, and delicious, with generous portions. Highlights include the rice bowl with tuna, scallops, and salmon, the small sukiyaki pot, and the hotpot, which is the perfect size. The ramen is noted as very good and satisfying. Al a carte items are nice to mix and match. While the atmosphere is enhanced by Japanese greetings, the music can be too loud for conversation and the room can feel cold. Overall, it is a great experience and a place worth coming back to again.
