My boyfriend and I always get the Hat Yai for 2 plus an extra wing. Always perfectly delicious and filling (usually a bit of leftovers for him to have for lunch the following day too). The tamarind smash is also delicious!! Love this place
I visited this place years ago and remember it being some of the best Thai food I’d ever had. On this trip, I felt like I overhyped it. I got the braised chicken thigh in curry with roti, and the flavors were good but underwhelming. I also got the southern style pad Thai and I enjoyed it a bit more but the presentation was just okay. The restaurant was also pretty loud and overstimulating.
We had Hat Yai for our wedding food last weekend and it was truly a 10/10 experience!! Alan and his team (shoutout to Zoey who helped deliver the food with Alan!) were fantastic to work with and we cannot recommend them more! The food was amazing and we had multiple friends who had stacked their plates so high that I thought there is no way they can eat all of that and then they did! We also had the perfect amount of food leftover after dinner- Alan helped us curate the perfect...
