Hey Love is a cool bar in Portland adorned with plants, giving it a chill vibe. The drinks are well made and reasonably priced, perfect for happy hour with friends or a date. The ambience is beautiful, with a menu built for day drinking. The shrimp and grits with pineapple was surprisingly good, and the peanut butter and banana French toast was fun to eat. The JoJo's were delicious, but the Chilaquiles needed more chips. Ordering from an app made splitting checks easy. The cocktails, like the one with pandan & gin, were amazing, but the crushed ice ones were underwhelming. Overall, Hey Love is a very cute spot with great snacks like the pretzel with cheese.
