I understand that working in a airport must not been easy. They see so many customers all day. We were there at 8:30pm and we were the only one on the line. We didn't get greeted at all. One very young man was refilling and cleaning while the other young lady behind the counter was also refilling paper cups. We waited patiently. She finally sees us and I say hi to her without receiving any answers. She looked at us with such an upset demeanor! I asked her if they were open, and she barely answered.
I will always be blown away when I see this type of customer service. She had airpods in her ears. I don't think that it is acceptable nor hygienic.

This was good food but not really much better than what you would buy at the local grocery store deli if your store sells sushi/sashimi. The airport atmosphere is what it is. The prices are great for an airport Hotspot. Glad I stopped by.

There was trash everywhere when we went to sit down. I asked the employee for water to clean up and she refused. Definitely not a good look for the airport.

There was no line at 10:30am on a Wednesday. I got the Oregon roll. They were done in less than 5 minutes. It was really good, but for 6 pieces, $13 is too expensive. 4 instead of 5 star for the price. The to go boxes in the refrigerated section seemed to be a better deal. I'd go back to try those. The ladies working were nice and fast. The area was clean, and there's limited countertop seating inside, but there were lots of tables in the hallway with plenty of availability and a great piano player nearby.
Great food! Very affordable. I highly recommend the California roll with real crab.
I love pdx, this is one of great places here, spicy chicken Ramen, by d gates, $12, good bowl, I ate half, normal prices, lots tables to sit and eat, Tuesdays are great to fly, few people, no lines, mon to wedsnesday are good.
I dont know about the low reviews here, but it one of my Favorite sushi place in the airport, if its open when i have stop in PDX i never miss the chance to stop by and get my appetise raise up.

Got the chicken bento box. Food was okay for the price. Very small portion of rice but a generous portion of chicken was served. Salad was good.
The sushi is fresh! Not sure about all the bad reviews, I think I’m just lucky come in at the right time right employee
Fair prices
Disappointing, we ordered the Pork Belly Steamed Bun. I have never experienced anything like the picture. The bun was not cut properly, poorly made. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this food item here. The pork belly itself was good. However, all that was in this bun was two small pieces of pork and chopped iceberg lettuce and drizzled with sauce. Also, the bun was mushy. For the price...not worth it.
