Had amazing service today from Rachel. Celebrating a 60th birthday on our way to Thailand and she sure got us started off on the right foot. Thank you for making our day :-)

I've waited two weeks to leave this review so that I can write more objectively. Daniel was our server, and was the most surly, tunnel-visioned and disrespectful server I have ever had in my life. It literally took 10minutes to get my beer, then another 10 to flag him down to get our order. They had just had a rush, so not many customers, but empty dirty tables, which is to be expected. He was so busy working on that, he lost track of current customers. Fine. But then when we had a problem with my food, I was met with rolling eyes, sighs, attempts at walking away while I'm talking to him, and "Are you kidding me?" under his breath. Here's the thing: I was being nice. In no way shape or form did I raise my voice, make a scene or even ask for a manager. I was giving him information to correct the mistake, and he was not having it. I am 56, two young adults in tow, and dropped over $80, and still tipped 15% regardless of the horrific service. I have NEVER been treated like that and found myself almost shell-shocked that he'd think this even remotely okay. I ordered the salmon cobb salad at nearly $24, and received a desert-dry piece of cold salmon on top of my salad. It had such crispy edges, it actually cut the inside of my mouth. I was assuming it would be fresh, warm and made to order. This was something from a Chinese buffet after 8hrs of air time, plopped onto my salad. While he took the salmon part off my check, he sneered at me as I put it on a plate for him to take away. We closed out, politely tipped and quietly left. Even two weeks later, I am appalled at his lack of service and personal liberties with how he treated us. It was shocking and WRONG. Ask for a different server if he approaches your table, save yourself the hassle. The food was overpriced and just okay. The salmon part I sent back was deplorable. Do yourself a favor and go to the D concourse and go to their sister establishment there.

Food was good and so was the view. The service on the other hand wasn't very good . One of the workers grabbed my shoulder asking me to move, and left a giant grease stain on my hoodie. And the food took forever when there was almost nobody in here

Loved to stop here and get a Chardonnay before a flight during the pandemic- they had a generous pour. Now as with most places the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. The quality is iffy. Today we have the sweet and spicy shrimp and they were tasty BUT BUT BUT they charged $18 for 6 pieces and a smattering (less than a handful) of raw cabbage with a single slice of lemon. If it had said that on the menu I would have swerved to another item. Knowledge is power lol. It was good but not worth it for the price. It's definitely not the appetizers are not size for sharing but they seemed priced to split. Also, the wine prices aren't listed on the menu so just so you know - 9oz of Prosecco is $18...just something to consider. And you'll want to be careful of the fruit flies at this location. They were by nice about replacing by my drink after I noticed an uninvited guest in my drink. All in all if you're flying southwest and want more value for the price that Vietnamese place or the Tillamook (if you're a tourist this is the way) may be a better option. Ultimately good, just pricey for what you get. you were a riot you were a total riot.

For an airport food hole. I must say it was not too bad. The food was fast and the drink was ok. The waitress was amazing and made the experience even better. They have some good items for the kids as well.Good luck, my fellow Google Travelers.Kid-friendliness: Good range of food for the kids. Also, the kids' play area is just down the walkway from it.

Giving it 5 stars because it was exactly as expected. Brewery in an airport is a luxury, and the beers are all delicious to boot. Sorry to see so many 1 star reviews. Bartender was friendly, beer was cheaper than a ton of other places, food looked good even though we didn't have any. Grab a beer and a smile!! 5 stars!

The bartender this afternoon seemed nice at first until he thought that I was leaving him a bad tip after I asked him for my change and to break a $20 for me so that I could leave him a generous tip.....his attitude changed quickly and said that it was his "Monday". Being a bartender myself, that made me laugh. Told me that he threw away my receipt and then got it crumpled up out of the garbage and gave it to me. Never going back? The whole vibe there was a "Monday"?......way to start off your week tough guy. Aside from that, their menu is not updated and their food is mediocre. Can't wait for something better to take that space once the airport is done remodeling.

I have had breakfast here before early flights several times. They are always quick, good breakfast food and good service. I am surprised by the low ratings as my experience has always been positive. Good music on the speakers too.

My traveling companion and I were looking to grab some pretzels before our flight. On the signs they have posted outside the seating area, the pretzels are listed as 9$, which we thought was reasonable. When we were getting it to go, however, they came up as 14, and since we were getting two, the total came up to 30$ instead of the 18$ we expected. Then, when we asked about this after paying, the staffed informed us that the signs outside the establishment were incorrect and they hadn’t updated them yet, but had we not noticed the 12$ price increase they wouldn’t have informed us. Then when we requested a refund, the person performing the transaction became extremely rude and almost aggressive, making the entire interaction so much worse. They gave us the refund, which is the least they can do, but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Go grab pretzels somewhere else, they were extremely rude even though they were wrong.

Lack of service, low to mediocre food and the dreaded QR code menu. This place only stays in business because there isn’t any other food in this terminal. Trust me, I waited tables for years, avoid this place.
