Best of the best! I drive down from Seattle just to eat at HPC! I try to bring friends and put the word out to anybody that enjoys hot pot because it's so rare and delicious. They have lovely individual pots in a bar setting or larger tables for larger groups. It'a almost impossible to find individual pots along with a buffet, so talk about amazing!
