Easy and fast at 4 in the morning when I wanted a refreshing drink to perk up before the flight. Staff was nice and they had plenty of people working to adequately run things. Jamba’s prices in general have gotten so insanely expensive but my experience here was good other than that.

Worker seemed intentionally rude after I left a 5% tip. The entitlement is insane. Light haired girl working 6am on 11-19-23 if management cares.

I had a few more minutes to kill before boarding my flight back home to Las Vegas and I decided that I wanted to buy a smoothie after passing by Jamba. I was thirsty after an over two hour long drive to the airport, and it's been a long time since I last visited one. This Jamba can be found inside concourse E inside PDX.My favorite smoothie from Jamba is their Orange Dream Machine, so I went ahead and ordered that. I was the only one there and the employees were doing their own little thing, so it took me a while to be acknowledged by them. The guy that took my order wasn't all that friendly either. He spoke in monotone and it sounded like he didn't enjoy his job.Apparently I got there at the right time because after I placed my order, a long line was already forming. The smoothie that I got was tasty and had lots of orange flavor to it, plus I could taste a hint of vanilla ice cream.I liked my smoothie but I think the employees could be a little nicer.

Haven't had Jamba juice in a long time, but decided to try it out to grab a drink at the airport.I was going to order the strawberry whirl, but they said they were out of strawberries, so I ended up getting an apples n green. Was not a fan.Still a bit odd to not have strawberries right when they opened. Would be nice to put up a sign or block it out on the menu so customers know.Saving a star since the owner did reach out to me to make things right...still this location needs some work.

Terrible customer service. No manager on duty. I was also told there was no available phone number for customer service which is why I'm writing this review.Served sandwiches that were still frozen.They failed to give me all that was in the blender. Usually when I order extra add ins they always give a kids cup.When I went back to the counter I was given a huge bad attitude. I was told they dumped it. I was also told I should have asked for the extra.But more than anything else it was the way the entire staff responded. It was a pile on of mean girls. Only the person at the register was kind and responsive. A simple apology and a kind word would have gone a long way. This location needs serious customer service training.All in all It was a terrible experience. Next time Starbucks wins my business.

This California girl loves not paying sales tax! I am a fan of Jamba and 99% of the time, their products are consistent. This location had it right. This time, I just had the Apple Cinnamon Pretzel to hold me over til I got home in the Bay Area. Don't forget to sign up for the loyalty program. A free smoothie or $3 off helps now that a medium is $10! Sheesh!Review #3 of 100 in 2023.

It's not worth it. I was the only person in line and waited 9 minutes for an orange juice. Also asked for a ice water and the woman had the nerve to grab the cups from the top leaving her fingers inside of the cups. And there's never any management around.

Helpful staff and quick service. I got a chunky strawberry bowl and it was a wonderful value. Started my traveling day feeling amazing!!! This is my new traveling routine for mornings out of Portland International Airport!!
