Genuinely my favorite coffee place in Portland, I don't care where in the city I am, I will make the trip for La Perlita. Their True Mexican Mocha is to die for, and their Cuban Cortadito is so delicious, I've never had one like it. Beautifully handcrafted drinks and phenomenal people, can't recommend this place enough.
Location:Busy little corner . No homeless/criminal activity for the past 6 months. Area around the coffee shop is clean. Park around the block or the side street. Coffee shop:Indoor seating only.
