Let’s Roll has great poke bowl that mixes flavors very well. Each bite, no single ingredient is overpowering. It makes me appreciate how well their sauce accentuates the flavor without hiding it. The portions are perfect, and the ingredients are very fresh. All in all, it is a great experience I highly recommend. Text ahead for your order to be ready when you arrive!

Let's Roll is my go-to lunch at work--I probably eat here once a week! Fairly priced, especially for downtown, and every dish is delicious. They're super fast, so by the time I order and walk over, it's ready for pickup.

Food tastes so fresh and never disappoints. Highly recommend over the rainbow bowl.

Really good! I got to try it during an event at the hotel, and this place happened to be open. It's small and tucked away in the back, but it's absolutely worth it! They offer vegan/vegetarian options for both sushi and burritos. I tried the "Very Vegan" option to go, and it was amazing! It had a perfect ratio of rice, protein, and other ingredients. I would definitely come here again!

The best Ahi poke I have had outside of Hawaii. Incredible fish, Cabbage ginger, rice and spring mix. It is amazing.

Ordered the very vegan sushi burrito and the spam roll. Both were delicious and good portion sizes. The taste and quality rivals much pricier sushi restaurants. I highly recommend grabbing a bite here if you're in the area!

Stopped by for lunch the other day. Ordered a traditional poke bowl and got my food in a few minutes. Limited interaction with staff since you place your order on a screen and text you when it's ready. Poke bowl sounded good but presentation and actual flavor/composition was below average. Would have loved some more add-ons like you'd get in a traditional poke place (soybeans, crispy onions, furikake, etc.).
Atmosphere was pretty cool though! The Moxy Hotel lobby is really neat and they have some art for sale, which was pretty cool to see. Plenty of seating too!

Had a salad (I think the Northwest? It had ginger guacamole). I ordered the jalapeno guac on the side as well.
The salad was so fresh and flavorful. Sometimes with business travel you just crave vegetables and something that is not fried... this was perfect!
The location is a cute boutique hotel that is very Portland. Lots of cool art for sale, photobooth, etc. I just got takeaway but could easily see myself enjoying a sit down there.
The owner was friendly and the meal was *fast*.

Wow, I'm seriously impressed! Ordered blindly online (staying at the Moxy) and figured the portions would be the typical smaller portions. Nope, they were huge! Would have gotten 1/2 the fish for the same price back in Boston. Excellent food & value!

Loved the Very Vegan bowl, super tasty and filling as well.
Got the spice spice baby burrito roll. Loved the spice level and flavor was good. But the ratio of ingredients was off. Mostly one texture. Difficult to eat. I did not enjoy it unfortunately. I'm sure some other menu items would be good.
