Located in Mississippi, Lulu’s kitchen Mexican food cart is a dog-friendly spot to hang out with friends. While not ideal for a date night, the food is excellent and considered by some as the best in PDX. Their tacos are highly recommended, even better than the competition down the street. Try their lavender lemonade and peach basil mule for refreshing drinks along with their juicy carne asada that hits the spot.
