Another cool food cart pod that has some unique twists on some staple items. We tried the Adobo Poutine to share. The fries were large in size and pulled-pork adobo gravy was flavorful. I just needed more of that sauce on the fries.
This place just slid into my top 10 burgers in Portland. Maybe top 5. Super friendly guy running the cart. The Amboy burger was really good and really original/unique. Fries were awesome too! Cant wait to return!
