The best lumpia I’ve had so far❤❤ and super friendly service
The adobo poutine makes this my favorite food cart. The lumpia is a bonus. Legitimately, that is a perfect poutine. The acidity of the adobo manages to do what traditional poutine never could: have a full range of flavors that cuts through and adds dimension to the savoriness.
I can also rubber stamp the big bunso and chicky bites. But any time I get something other than the poutine, I feel sadness in my heart.
