Mama Lily's Kitchen has moved into Carts on Main in downtown Hillsboro. I'm excited to try some of their other food, but I started out on the right foot with the quesabirria plate. It came with three delicious beef and cheese tacos and a nice tall cup of broth to dip into. I've also had their California burrito with carne asada. We had the breakfast burrito with steak. It was so giant we could have easily split one and been satisfied. The green sauce is mild but it still has some heat so if your sensitive just pass on the sauce. Very reasonably priced!

We had quesabirria along with asada and al pastor tacos. All were good but the birria tacos stood out the most. They were delicious along with the consome that came with it. Perfect for the cold and wet Oregon weather. Location wise, it is in downtown Hillsboro, so it is a great place to visit for lunch if you work in the area.
