I’ve been a daily customer of this location for the last 3-1/2 years.Never in that time have I ordered breakfast burritos.This morning, the same employee with whom I’ve transacted for 3-1/2 years mistook my order and refused to fix it.As a result of her actions I will no longer be visiting this location for my daily breakfast.

Every time I go to this location no matter what chicken sandwich or nuggets I order they’re either burnt or cold and hard. Or both burnt cold and hard.Now when my kids ask for McDonald’s I go to the location in Beaverton it’s a lot further but at least I’m not throwing away the inedible food and starving.

The employee should receive something.... a raise.. I don't know. With customer service there are good employees and great employees. And employees that can destroy... your experience. She (not knowing her name) (older retiree) makes this location! Like she owns it herself! She is ALWAYS extra kind. My son loves her. This is an employee that is memorable. Personable and truly creates a McDonalds Golden Arches experience. Normally I would not take my time writing this review But, she overly deserves her flowers and recognition. Thank you for employing her.

I ordered a Double Big Mac meal and was given a cold single Big Mac meal. Fries tasted like old oil.My wife ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a few were still stuck together, and you would never guess it. YES! COLD TOO!!This is the worst McDonald’s by far I have been to. God help us, this Generation can’t even get fast food right.
