the remodel done on this restaurant makes it look like a morgue. I went in looking for the bodies and the coffins. It looks nothing like it did. No sound. Walls everywhere. very unfriendly presentation. Sign on the window says come on in and listed the dining room hours. employees drinking in front of customers. was told to leave because I was sitting down. the sign again said come on down. horrible experience.
Dirty, smelly and disgusting. We’ve been to this location about a year ago. It wasn’t bad allowed kids to get and play. We washed hands after play and again when we got home.
This is the first time I’ve ever complained about food in a restaurant. The burgers my husband and I got were so cold and old that the cheese didn’t even melt. We ordered the special garlic white cheddar sandwich and nobody bothered to tell us they were out of chips and the spread that makes it that burger so we got regular burgers. They didn’t have any trays to carry food, the manager said they were being cleaned. No drink holders or boxes available for kids meals. My kids...read full review
