I work at the airport so I order here somewhat often, and they literally miss the order notes every single time. It’s not worth a cheap and fast meal when they can’t even be bothered to do the job correctly. Not to mention the constant attitude from employees, I’d suggest going literally anywhere else. Getting a bag of chips from the market would be a better suggestion.

They were open unlike what the website said at 7:15pm and I was able to sit at a table and eat. Quiet and peaceful at this time of night on a Sunday and the staff was nice. The happy meal was a great deal for a 4 piece chicken nugget w double fries (you can opt out of apples and add extra fries) and my apple juice choice for $4.49 total with NO tax. I didn’t know OR or at least Portland had no tax on food at the airport. Happy w that. The only thing I wished: the fries were cold even though the food came out very fast under 7 minutes.

I thought it would be a one time thing but the first time I went my fries were hot to the touch like they dipped it into the fryer and the inside weren't cooked just nasty wet grease fries so I told them only to get more the exact same. I thought the next time I came to this airport it would b better only to have them do the same nasty stuff to my hash browns but worse my sausage in my muffin had a bite takes from it u could see the teeth marks I was beyond disgusted 🤮 I've had it and wouldn't eat there if it was the last place standing I almost threw up while eating because of the way it tasted it was like I was drinking pure frying grease 🤢

I asked for a small empty cup when picking up my burger cause I wanted to share my friend’s coke. I understood people were busy so I waited for 10mins after the first staff heard my request and ignored me( I found that he pretended to be busy and apparently avoided the counter so that I can't catch him again.) I thought maybe that was a weird guy so I asked another girl. Same result. I guess maybe that's because （instead of simply being mean) they are not suggested to give cups away in the airport and also cannot reject customers directly? Anyway, sad.

I spent $6.50 for a medium fry that was old and not filled up all the way and a large unsweetened ice tea that tasted half sweet and half moldy.
I don’t expect much from an airport McDonalds but this place was so bad. A very quiet Saturday night, no lines but the staff barely spoke to customers, the fries were under cooked and COLD and the basic cheeseburger was barely warm to the touch.

the automated kiosks suck. I want to speak to a human being. Your prices didn’t go down when you cut the human out of the equation. Make something so convenient so frustrating. The guy eventually came over and was very helpful. But there was no need to have an issue in the first place.
