I made the mistake of thinking this was fast food. Maybe it’ll be ready by the time I get back from my trip.
As far as I can tell it’s just a bunch of employed standing around not making food.
All I ordered was a burger and fries, we’re at 20 minutes and counting.

Horrible experience. I paid through my McDonalds mobile app for a breakfast order. I went to the location, went through the drive through. When I spoke to the associate over the speaker, i gave them my order code and they prompted me to go to the next window. When i got there, they told me they did not have my order in their system. They assured me I was at the wrong location. I showed them my phone that showed I paid for the order, with receipt and banking proof that the amount was taken out. They looked over it multiple times and told me they did not get my order and that if I wanted my food, I would have to pay again. I said absolutely not as I did pay already. I got on the phone with Corporate McDonalds and spoke to a rep who told me the charge would drop off. As of today, the charge was taken off of pending and was paid to the company, and I never got my food. The owner/franchise owner is horrible. Not one call about this situation, corporate emailed for proof of receipts which I sent in and yet the charge was still taken out yet I never received my order. I have disputed the charge and have pursued legal action. I usually frequent this McDonalds as it is on my way to work, but now, I will not be going back and have already told anyone i know they are better off going to the Jack in the box or Burger king next door.

You asked for a medium and they get mad over that. When you have people just standing around not doing anything communicating in Spanish without knowing the person who ordered the fries without salt also speak Spanish. Will never do I need there again and people who fly out never get their food on time very poor service

Soggy chicken nuggets. Ordered a 10 piece and received undercooked and oil-logged food, so I asked for a replacement and the new box was just as bad.

The food itself is mediocre, but what's really unacceptable is waiting 20 minutes for a singular sandwich. No sides, no drink, no sauce, no nothing. Just a single McGriddle took 20 minutes, and likely only didn't take longer because I went up to ask where my food was since my flight was boarding.

Seating is limited. Ordering takes place at the kiosk. Food is OK and consistent. It takes longer than most fast food restaurants to prepare food.
You’ll get your hastily made food eventually. Feels devoid of an actually McDonald’s and more like purgatory

Very poorly ran location. Usually opens late, not prepared, kiosks typically don’t have receipt paper so you don’t know what your order # is, and they seem to forget to fill your order unless you ask them after waiting 10+ minutes.

Waited nearly 20 min for a 2 sandwich order and watched my bag sit on the waiting counter for almost 10 minutes while just waiting to make ONE iced coffee. The chicken mcgriddle didnt even use the correct chicken do not go to thos mcdonalds
