Sincerely the best Ramen I have ever had. I asked for spicier Ramen and he's taken up the challenge multiple times and keeps making it hotter for me. Also wonderful customer service and the ingredients taste amazing. The dishes used are amazing, he gives you a soup spoon for the broth too. I've never seen such clear shoyu broth that I can see all the food in it and yet still blast in flavor while not overwhelming the different ingredients.
