This is a must try truck in PDX! I recommend the pesto pasta with chicken, the jambalaya and the fried artichoke hearts (they make an in-house lemon dill sauce to dip in). I’ll be back every time I visit Portland moving forward!
I came to the ala cart location @ Hawthorne Asylum today from Vancouver, and it was very popular/busy. The awesome one-woman show running the cart was amazing; she kindly let me know the appx wait time, which ended up being much faster than anticipated, and was not only very kind and courteous, but considering she was was taking the orders, making them, and getting them to customers with professionalism and care, she did it it a smile and that gorgeous red hair, and very timely....
They always make me feel like family, some of the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is always super happy and positive and I can tell they love what they do and put their heart in the food they make and serve. 10/10 would recommend
