The egg rolls and house salad are NOT vegan. The worker explained the “V” on the menu simply means vegetarian. The salad dressing is mayonnaise-based and the egg rolls have egg (which maybe sounds obvious, but as we know, sometimes these things are called egg rolls even when they don’t contain egg). This is my second time coming to Mugen Noodle Bar and my experience hasn’t changed. Absolutely LOVE the theme of a ramen bar, the owner is incredibly nice and helpful, plus they just introduced sushi to their menu! (Saturdays only from what I believe.) My BF and I got the curry and shoyu ramen.

The hazelnut tofu curry was absolutely delicious - creamy, flavorful and a hint of heat. Husband had hazelnut shoyu with a soft boiled egg which he said was very good. And they have Jasmine Pearl tea! Japanese restaurant style seating at a long bar with stools. We’re definitely going back.
