AMAZING! These folks are incredible. We were so excited to see them at Mayfly and booked it to get there before they closed. We ordered the Crab Melt and Mac n Cheese Bites but also ended up with some Biscuits and Gravy. HOLY MOLY. Everything was mind blowing and delicious. The bread for the melt was something I’ve never experienced before and can’t stop thinking about the croissant factor. The biscuits. THE BISCUITS. OMG. So good. And the gravy smothering them was incredible. We can’t wait to check out their lunch and dinner menus next time! Also - the beautiful human being that we met was so kind and genuinely passionate about their creations. THANK YOU!!!Update - went back for dinner. Ooooooh baby! The fried shrimp on the Cajun stir fry was perfect and every bit was eaten. The apple pie spring rolls - woooooo! I don’t usually like apple pie but the flavors and textures here were unfuckwithable. Took home the dessert sampler and can’t decide which cookie is best - funfetti is a classic always and the red velvet is delicious with those butterscotch chips. Great folks making great food. Thank you!!!

Had the brisket breakfast burrito and it was delicious. It’s huge and I can’t wait to go back for the fried chicken option next time. Only thing I thought might make it better as an additional option, was avocado, but the lack of didn’t detract from it whatsoever. I will work my way through that entire menu weekend by weekend.

Great portion sizes and flavour! Tried the Mac and cheese burger and found it delicious and fresh. I'm not the biggest fan of Cajun food so I was a little hesitant to try, but very glad I did ? the owners are super friendly too.

If you’re vegetarian, this food truck is probably not for you. I did not see any vegan option on the menu. I ordered a vegetarian poboy. It was just French fries on a bun. I will say that the thinner crinkle fries were crispy and nicely seasoned though!

Had the blandest burrito ever.

I have never had a taste profile like this. Amazing, all of it. Your shrimp and chicken po boy is phenomenal

Absolutely the slowest kitchen I’ve ever seen. Took like 40+ min to make food for 3 in a dead empty restaurant. The food itself was massively under seasoned and really wasn’t as good as I was hoping.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience here. The chef is extremely friendly and talented. The crunchwrap and hot chicken sandwich were totally different yet complimentary and the cheeto fries were super unique, and tasty. The peanut butter and chocolate beignets were the perfect way to end the meal. Can't wait to see what else he cooks up moving forward.

I came here about a year ago and I have been trying to come back ever since ! I live out of state. The food was amazing and it completely made a huge impression!!! It was delicious, good pricing, great customer service ! And I am proud to say i will be coming back down later on this month and I am so excited ! I think of this restaurant very often and skim the menu on their website all the time just to see what they have. I have recommended this to a couple of friends who have gone out to portland and they loved it ! Distance has definitely made my heart grow fonder. This restaurant is definitely worth a try you will not be disappointed!

Anthony brings love and passion to his food. We saw his incredible food creations on social media and had to figure out how to get some of it in our bellies. What used to be a food cart is now running the kitchen at Swan Dive.Chef Anthony brings unique fusion to PDX. We tried the catfish poboy, the spicy Chicken Sandwich and of course the beignets. Bold flavors all the way around. The beignets were insane. So fresh and so good. Nothing quite like em here in PDX.The atmosphere at swan dive however isn't the best... for sure a dive. Dark, dingy and not super welcoming. Happy to know that Nacheaux is still around though.

Love this place and love what the owner is about. The food items are very tasty and it’s a super unique experience. I love that Anthony’s wife makes the desserts (or used to). Not only is the food amazing but after following Anthony on social for a while now- it’s very clear his biggest why is his wife and kids, which I think is so amazing.I love supporting small businesses, black businesses, and business that bring their wife and kids in the mix. It’s just a bonus the food is amazing.

The food is always crazy creative and made with love! The fried shrimp po boy and brunch burger are probably my favorites. Don't sleep on the bar or fresh beniets, I've had some great drinks and love the spice on the cajun bloody mary. Only restaurant I've bought a shirt from.
