We loved our dinner at Noble Rot when visiting our son Portland OR. Everything that we ordered was prepared perfectly in terms of flavor, seasoning and presentation. The Endive salad is delicious with hazelnuts and blue cheese and the Albacore Crudo was very creative. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were extremely happy with all aspects of Noble Rot. We were seated on the outside terrace on a beautiful autumn night, perfect for our evening. Service, food, drinks, all staff and ambience were fantastic We'll be back soon!
