This is the best Popeyes in Portland and has been for a long time I grew up in the neighborhood. They have never failed me. They are locally known as the best Popeyes. thank you to the team for being so efficient and continuously being that way

Will never ever be going here again. So as seen in the photo these are supposed to be “dry rub wings” they have a sprinkle. I went back plus called because of the quality of my food drink included because that was melted too. Lady on the phone was unbelievably rude and even racist. I ordered trough the app because I have a busy life and it makes things easier, because of that they refused to fix thier mistake.

The lady on the phone openly admitted to being lazy and not caring about quality or customer service because I used the app. She also told me on the phone and I quote, “You white people don’t even belong here Popeyes is for black people only for a reason, I have no shame treating you bad.”

Luckily I was able to receive a refund for the awful food and service. I thought equality was what people worked so hard for years ago, so we as people could live in a blended society happily. Will never return here again because the customer service is so awful beyond anything I’ve ever seen.

I placed a order at the driver thru, and when asked what sauce I wanted I said none. The person In my car changed their mind, and wanted sauce. I parked my car and went inside, and explained I just ordered and mistakingly said no sauce. I was asked to pay 25 cents for sauce, when I never received any with my order. Charging me for 2 sauces, when I just bought food and received no sauce Is diabolical. Will never be back to this location

Low-key this is one of the better run Popeyes. I come here for my semi annual Popeyes fix then I swear I’m never eating fried chicken again and then I here I am six months later.
