Very expensive $10 for one serving of juice, and many of the juices are full of sugar

Delicious, I got the Rupa and Orange Juice, both are great but the Rupa was amazing, couldn't stop myself from drinking it right away. Not to sweet, not to tart, perfect for a hot day.

Customer service was great!

The juices and milk I have had from here were SO good! That strawberry cashew milk reminded me of a strawberry gogurt, but way better!

Great options the broth tastes really good as well.

I have purchased Portland Juice Co. juice and smoothies from both the PSU farmers market and from their retail store. The quality of the juices and smoothies is very high. The staff has been helpful and professional each time I have encountered them. Their probiotics are incredible as well! Both the juices, smoothies, and probiotics have supported my physical health recovery as I have had both gut issues, and headaches leading me to do fasts and cellular cleanses. I just picked up a second juice cleanse because I felt so good after the first one! Not to mention the juices taste fantastic and I appreciate that they’re all organic. Their customer service is fantastic. Elizabeth was a delight helping me over the phone.

Unfortunately the service has gone downhill here so drastically that I cant see spending another dollar here. After spending $170 online when I went into pick up part of the juice order and I asked for them to add that purchase to my rewards points there. They said I had to call as online orders dont qualify but I could call in next time. Super off putting after spending a decent amount of money with them. They then reached out to me via text to see why I was unsatified and I let them know what happened yesterday. They basically reitterated the same thing said yesterday and then cancelled my order for today lol Talk about a break down in communication. Super unfortunate as I love supporting women owned and really like the product but this has been nothing but a hastle. I will spend my money elswhere going forward.
