We used Portland Style Cheesecakes for our wedding desserts. They are amazing! Kim was so helpful and great to work with. She is extremely kind and would recommend PSC to anyone looking for cheesecake desserts! We did the bon bon size and they were perfect for wedding desserts. I was disappointed because we had none leftover! Would recommend to anyone.
My grandson who is turning 6 Saturday has never liked cheesecake. But he loves the marionberry that was brought down to LA for my daughter. Yaaa. We have another convert. I would post pictures but have no idea how.
My wife learned to make cheesecake at a Le Cordon Bleu school, and I have bragged about hers being the best anyone would ever taste. Not so much anymore. This cheescake is fantastic in taste, texture and presentation, keep up the great work.
