My friends and I were looking for something different than our usual bar food. We stopped by Raul's and had great food. I had their 3 enchiladas special, with white, green, and red sauce. I got no idea what the white sauce was, but it tasted good. Plenty of beans and rice, all served on a very hot platter that could heat a classroom from the radiated heat coming off it. They also served Coke in a tall glass bottle, which was pretty cool since I've never seen that size...
The place was busy but we were seated within 10 minutes. All the food had real authentic flavors and the portions were generous. The margaritas were delicious. Everything in the molcajete was juicy and had a great spice level. The bandera enchiladas were fun and tasty. And the horchata was creamy and served in a big ol mug. 10/10
I have been going to Raul's for almost a decade now. Always a great experience in every way when I go. Consistently excellent service in every way. Can't recommend this place enough!
