Went to this restaurant today for a business meeting. The waitress took 15-20 minutes to bring us a menu. She did not ask if we wanted anything to drink, she walked off. We watched as she served other people, got on her phone and then went out for a cigarette. When we realized we were not going to be served after 45 minutes we left. The waitress was still outside smoking her cigarette and had the nerve to say goodbye to us with a smile on her face. We will never return here again.

I come here all the time for video lottery, and today a guy loses a pair of shitty JBL ear buds. I finish my game to come out side and offer him my Beats Studio buds handling from my mirror in my car. The bartender tells him it was me cause I was acting shady when I walked in… check the cameras before you try an blame others.

I was hoping to use the restroom & toss a couple dollars in a slot machine while out shopping but the bartender treated me like some kind of criminal the SECOND I walked in the door and proceeded to tell me (after demanding my id) that I couldn’t use the restroom before buying a drink. I’m 37 years old & 8 months pregnant. If this was your idea of “weeding out losers & druggies” you severely failed.
Also, saying “Don’t get mad” to somebody who was in NO WAY disrespectful is just about the shittiest possible way to handle a customer, or in my case, non customer 🤣
My husband goes here all the time and I told him PLEASE go anywhere else but THERE from now on 🙏🏻

Very enjoyable atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The bartender was keeping up with the flow as customers arrived. I definitely will be back. Thank you for the great service and positive atmosphere.
