Found Souper Natural at the Hillsboro farmers market. We have been eyeing the stand for a couple weeks. It finally clicked that these soups can solve a problem for us at home with EVERY evening swallowed up by cooking for the following day. We always have a salad but often run out of time to make an accompanying dish of some sort.

One of the best yellow split pea soups i have ever had. Will return for more flavors next farmer’s market
