Bagels are hit and miss depending on flavor. Avoid plain and jalapeno.

First few bites were good then it got disappointing, to say the least. The salmon to schmear ratio was really something. Not bad but I had to take off points for the water… why does it look like there’s everything bagel seasoning in the water 🫩

HVAC is just for deco because it was humid in here like we were the bagels being cooked 🥯 the bagels themselves were also tough… maybe because we came near closing but they were not very fresh at all. I’ve had better grocery store bagels.

Hard to justify the price. For $11 for a salmon lox (mostly schmear) I’d rather spend $2 more and get a salmon lox croffle @ croffle crew

Staff is nice and reasonable prices! My bagel sandwich was rock hard tho, almost inedible. Cut every part of my mouth (flavor and toppings were yummy tho) If I didn’t do pick up I would’ve had them remake forsure

Expedient service.

Spacious, bright environment.

I ordered a jalapeño bagel, with smokey pepper cream cheese, it was quite good. Mr. Wonderful enjoyed the plain bagel with plain cream cheese, boring.

I was really excited to live a couple blocks from this location, but honestly they are never open for me to actually have that experience. This morning was the second time that I have stopped by at 7:30am and they are not open. I have made pick up orders to stop on my way to work and went to pick them up and they are not open, so I had to leave even though I had already paid for my order. Really disappointing but I will gladly drive 10 minutes to the other location.

Ordered two bagels with spread. The spread was good but a little too much for me. If you like a lot of spread you will love it. Both spreads had lots of flavor. I had the onion spread the other person had the salmon spread. The bagels were okay. Not a ton of flavor and a bit tough. Staff was friendly and my order was prepared correctly.

The girls with the red hair are so vibrant. Awesome services and phenomenal food. I realized after coming for 2 years that the bagels are always fresh and they do a great job putting it together. Appreciate the staff as they do their best even when it’s busy. They should get a Raise!!

Went here for breakfast on a Thursday morning. It was the first time for us and I don't think we'll be back. The food was alright, nothing special. I got a lox bagel and the salmon was a gummy in texture. The bagel itself was fresh but similar quality to a grocery store bakery bagel. The price was not justified for the quality.

The biggest issue was the staff. Everyone behind the counter was on their phone, not attentive to the customers at all. We had to say something to get their attention and they acted annoyed to be interrupted. As soon as she took our order she went right back to her phone. It's very unprofessional and unhygienic for the staff to be watching videos on their phones while customers are present.

I sometimes DoorDash early in the morning to make quick cash. I don’t do it often ever. The girl working in the front with the glasses wearing Carhartt jeans, Was super rude!!

When I walked in, she had this evil look in her eyes towards me. She did not greet me or say hello. She immediately greeted the man who walked in moments after me. It feels a little belittling And intentional.

I tried not to judge her for her rudeness, and I still treated her very kindly. I said, please and thank you. She was dismissive the whole interaction, and I felt disrespected as a human being

Portland isn't known for its bagels, but these are better than most.

Great coffee too.

Whenever I'm in the mood for a bagel and lox, this is usually my go-to.

Even better now that there's actually some parking on Broadway!
