Yum! Ordered ahead and pickup easy. Bagels were delicious!
Bagels are always delicious. For as popular as it is, seating is a bit limited; to-go is a good idea.
I'm really split on this place. The food is absolutely delicious, the coffee is always my favorite. But they take forever to make the food, much longer than it should take for a bagel shop. It's a consistent problem too, I end up waiting 10-15 minutes on a bagel sandwich, which makes me late sometimes. I just recently found a hair in my bagel too, which really disappointed me. I'll probably keep eating here because the food is addicting but the service really needs improvement.

Freshness concerns remain, and they can run out of Gluten Free options fast, but many enjoy the delicious bagel sandwiches, spreads, and welcoming atmosphere. They are very helpful with accommodating food allergies and have a decent menu with a plethora of bagels to choose from. Highly recommend their Uncle Sal's bagel.
