Insanely knowledgeable about all kinds of distilling. World class eau-de-vies are being made by the talented distillers in this artisinal still. An absolute hidden gem! Lucky to have them, check it out you won’t be sorry. Go to learn snd be entertained.
I have been buying from their booth at the PSU Farmer's Market for years at this point. I decided to visit the distillery recently because it's been a few years since I last visited. They have expanded from occupying one room to occupying two, and now has a lot more different casks than I remembered. Marie did a fantastic job of taking care of us and starting off our Distillery Row tour on a great note. We got some history into the distillery, its products, and the tasting notes while we imbibed all the tasty treats on offer. We left with several bottles that we could carry and as many more that we'll come back and pick up. Thanks again for a wonderful start to our staycation!
