Been sitting in the drive through for 35 minutes so far… absolutely ridiculous. Ended up backing out of the drive through after they told the car behind me that THEY WERE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. AT 9:20PM. FLIPPING RIDICULOUS! ? ?

The word terrible comes to mind, and yes, it is Taco Bell. To separate visits,ordered 3 taco Supremes. And twice I did not get 3 taco supremes. Also bring a sleeping bag if you dine in, you will be waiting.

READ REVIEW BEFORE GOING!!!!!!!!!If I could give it a 0 I would! Never experienced bad customer service like this place. No accountability for their wrong doing or even a "sorry". Waiting to get my order taken from the drive thru for about 25min without a response so we asked "do we place order here?" clearly they heard but decided not to respond. Thinking maybe the machine is down we decided to drive up and continued to wait another 10mins. When approached we explained the situation and all we get is "you will have to drive around and get back into line" (5 cars already behind us) No care in the world with her response. Worse thing is that she's the manager. WILL NEVER RETURN.

Worst taco bell ever. Staff was incredibly rude. Threw bag of food on counter and walked away. Stood there for 5 minutes while they very carefully avoided looking at us. Finally got their attention to request the drinks we ordered and some hot sauce. Rolled her eyes and hurrled a handful of random spice packets in the bag and gave us 4 drink cups. We only ordered 2. Is there a zero rating for service?

DON’T RECOMMEND! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! LADY THAT WAS TAKING MY ORDER WAS VERY RUDE! “ANYTHING ELSE!” I asked for extra jalapeños and she told me I had to pay (obviously). I said okay but then tells me that I need to go park and come inside because their system only allows them to do 1 transaction per vehicle.

Great place to wait for someone. Kiosk order reduces waiting time. Got some fries with cheese sauce.Vegetarian options: Fries with cheese sauce, cheese burrito, queso

There no sauce or napkins in the waiting area. They cheap out of customers these days. It's hard to ask for condements if there are super slam and busy. Also dirty they don't clean the tables after people.

On 1/26/24 at 1221 am, I pull up to the ordering menu they say "We will take your order in a minute" I respond with "No Problem". I wait about 7 minutes, figured they were busy. At 1229 am they get back on the intercom kinda snicker and say "we are closed." I responded with "What?!" He said "we normally close and 230am but we are short staffed so we have to close early and we need to clean." I left. Few minutes later I tried to call and they where talking in a kids voice. Obviously this place is having issues with mature and professional staff. That falls on managment and/or owners. I wish I would have read the terrible reviews before I went here.

Worthless lazy workers. Refused to let me order more food at the window, didn't give me a receipt and didn't give me all my food. And what I did get was cold. Management must be as worthless as the workers.

Food was ass and not worth the price. There was barely any meat in any of our tacos... If your planning on going through the drive through be prepared to have your whole order on one ticket because they can only do one order per car...disappointing honestly. Workers stood around and gossiped. Not worth the expensive explosive diarrhea.

Disappointing..... crunchy tacos--shells were stale and cold. Meat barely warm. Went through the drive thru. Got to the window and handed employee a $20. His response--we don't have change. You need to use a card. I repeated "you don't have change?" He said we haven't had a change order in a long time. I dug around and found change except 3c. Told him to figure it out. I wasn't using a card. No where did it say card only. Then I asked for taco sauce. He said they don't have any. What the actual F? Taco joint doesn't have taco sauce? Major failure on the part of this management team. Sad....

Slow fast food, if that was the extent of it I would have been happy. I ordered three tacos and one of them was dumped in the bag, I do not know if it was ever wrapped. The young lady asked if I would like sauce, I got zero. Good news is she loaded me with napkins because I needed them. Next time I am hungry post flight I will keep driving.

I've always liked Taco Bell for something quick to eat however this location has almost always disappointed. Half of the time I've stopped here my order was either wrong, had stingy amounts of toppings despite requesting and paying for extra, or they were out of something and the customer service here is not quite terrible but definitely can be on the unfriendly side. Also not that this is really their fault but in addition to the parking lot being so tight, it's even harder to get in and out of there when there's groups of youngsters literally loitering in the parking lot if not the middle of those roads and I've come across that a pretty fair amount of times I've come here.
