Great hangout spot to meet with friends and play pool

This is a great little place to hangout for a few hours at. It sits on the corner of the block, making it easy to find. There’s no parking lot (that I saw) just on-street parking They have a variety of slot machines (5-6, with a variety of games as well) which is what my husband and I were after. We decided to try their fried Mac and cheese bites as well as their chicken strips. Both were made well, not greasy or burnt. Nothing real special about them besides the good quality and priced at a reasonable amount. They also have 2 pool tables and a handful of arcade games. There was one guy working the bar, he was quick and attentive. All around it was a good atmosphere to hangout in, and I would visit again.

I was excluded after a new bartender was hired on in the day shift and decided to judge me and treat me like I wasn't welcome and didn't belong! I didn't do a damn thing to deserve this! So I spent 2 or more hours writing the owner my experience just to have him tell me he is "sorry" but he was told I didn't act accordingly and decided to not let me come back in!! This place was by far my favorite hang out! I have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars in that place just to be judged shunned out and treated like garbage for no reason!!

Fun super cute dive with nice folks and good food with n/a cbd drinks which is nice because I don't enjoy drinking anymore but I still like to go out for food and cbd!

Horrible KJ. He insists on anyone who comes into the bar singing first before anyone who is already there. My partner put me in for a duet without my knowing, and since we sang a duet, he refused to let me sing anything until literally everyone who had arrived after me had sung. I had been there for hours since submitting my song and people who had gotten there 5 minutes earlier were singing. Awful system and terrible KJ. I've been here twice and the same awful KJ has been here both times. Definitely will never come back.

Hello, Bear Paw? I'll take a burger and fries. Be there in twenty minutes.I used to get these calls ALL the time, at my first apartment, almost 40 years ago. My phone number was SO close to theirs. I forgot about it until I just read a news article about them.I cannot believe they are still around so I wondered, is that the same Bear Paw on Milwaukie ave? Sure enough!I didn't get around to checking it out for myself until my thirties, but yeah, the food is not bad. Service was great. Fun people there. It was a good place to hang out with friends and have some drinks if you are into that sort of thing.So check them out, you might like it. But carpool. If I remember, the only thing I didn't like is that the parking was awful.
