Top Burmese Reviews
This place was such a let down. I understand that I ordered on DoorDash and so I shouldn’t expect the best, but the beef curry with coconut rice was just revolting. The rice was clearly burnt, like they had scraped the rice bottom of the rice cooker. In the beef curry tasted absolutely nothing like curry. I’m actually insulted they called it curry. I had to scoop out over 1/4 cup of oil from the container. It tasted like dry, boiled beef in gravy and oil.
Definitely recommend...this place is awesome!

Top Burmese is a restaurant that serves a unique blend of Burmese cuisine, which combines Indian and Thai flavors. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including the popular Green Tea Leaf Salad, a savory and flavorful experience. The restaurant is known for its family-sharing dishes, such as pumpkin curry, beef curry, and samosas, which are especially popular. The decor has a tropical theme, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that is not too loud, ideal for a relaxed dining experience.
Customers praise the delicious food and friendly staff, with servers offering guidance on menu choices. The service is attentive, and guests especially enjoy the green tea leaf salad, chicken curry, and samosas, making it a memorable spot for a flavorful Burmese meal. The Khao suey (khao soi) is also highly regarded as very authentic and the best, even better than at Burma Superstar in the Bay Area, according to a customer's Burmese wife and her family.
However, some customers have found the portions to be a bit small for the price, and the overall cost of the dining experience can be high. One customer was disappointed with their dish, finding it not very filling and not much better than something out of a can. Despite these mixed reviews, Top Burmese remains a popular destination for those seeking a unique and satisfying Burmese dining experience.
