I wasn't impressed at all with this restaurant. I had the Mahi Mahi it was extremely bland no flavor no kick..I wanted guacamole without jalapeños but it couldn't be done cause it was pre-made not even fresh. Also the shrimp ceviche I asked to get it with out jalapeños but it was the same story its pre-made. You want this type of food this is the place for you

My hubby and I had a great time at this friendly spot. The service was FANTASTIC, from the moment we were greeted until we walked out. I loved the Beet Salad, just the perfect amount of citrus flavor, super refreshing. We will go back and you should too!

Surprised to see the place so quiet! Had the enchiladas and beef empanadas, then topped it off with the flan. All very delicious!

Great food & drinks & check out the late afternoon happy hour.Friendly service. Raised sidewalk seating & indoor but open to the outside seating on a non-car block, very nice.Kid-friendliness: Several kids & a baby were enjoying dinner with their families while we were there. Plenty of high chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: The raised sidewalk has wheel hair lifts & the restaurant is level and accessible so it's all good.

We were here for an early dinner, 4pm. Tasty food, a pleasant time

They made it right but a bad experience overall Poor service, food had to be redone. Love the location and wished for better. They can do better....a year ago had a great meal there.

Chill vibe on a February Thursday night. Enchiladas de Pollo con Lima were great as well as the house margarita. Recommended and will come back again. Great service.

My partner and I went out for Valentines Day and wanted to try Toro. The server was amazing. He was friendly and very understanding. The food was tragic. We ordered several things from the menu: *the grilled octopus *queso fundido *ceviche *Agua chile The only thing we finished was the ceviche but even then there wasnt anything special about it. After trying each plate, we paid and left and made a new reservation at a different restaurant. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. This place is only memorable for being the one place in Portland I don't have the need to revisit.

Really cool vibe and location. Service and food were just OK. The Ribeye did not seem like a quality cut for the $. The Ginger and heat in the crust of the Banana Chocolate pie was overwhelming. Cocktails were great. Salsa was outstanding. Purple potato mash was really good. My wife enjoyed the chicken enchiladas.
