@tovcoffeebar in Portland has been by far my favorite coffee place I have found here! I got the Coconut Chai Tea and also tried The Arabic People Latte (actual names, swipe right to see menu) and they were both superb. The coffee was beyond smooth and just the perfect hint of cardamom. The chai tea also had a subtle note of coconut in one of my all time fav and go to drinks.
