The food is high quality and fresh, with dishes like teriyaki, Shumai, and spicy salmon that are highly recommended. The Energy roll was delicious, some of the freshest sushi. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant makes food super fast and its fresh and delicious. UCHU Sushi features nice seating, and the owner is an amazing guy. The location and bar layout are appealing.
